Food,and more food... 食べ物,食べ物,そして食べ物

Today,my dad and I went out for lunch with my mom's cousin.My mom's cousin works as a boat racer,and lives in Osaka.We went to eat the Japanese"soba". Soba is a grayish noodle that has been eaten in Japan for a long time.Usually,we dip soba in a cold soup and eat it,but this time,I ate it by dipping it in a warm soup.It was my first try,andI really liked it.I would like to eat it when I go to Osaka again.

今日、僕たちは僕の母のいとこと昼食を食べに行きました。僕の母のいとこは競艇の選手として大阪に住んでいました。僕たちはおそばを食べに行きました。ざるそばは普通、冷たい汁につけて食べるものだと思っていたけれど、今日食べたのは温かい汁につけるざるそばでした。初めてだったけど、とてもおいしかったです。
